Stay healthy while on the go with Creamy Delight Yogurt!
As most of us have probably experienced, majority of Asians are a little lactose-intolerant. But I’ve never had a problem digesting yogurt, and eating a cup of Creamy Delight Yogurt is one of the ways I try to meet my daily calcium requirements on a budget.
A liter of milk costs around P80, and can often give me stomach problems, to boot. Plus, I would have to worry about refrigerating the remaining milk. While Creamy Delight only costs P15-20 per cup, without giving me any stomach trouble! Best thing is, I can keep it anywhere!
Creamy Delight Yogurt is best served chilled, but can keep without refrigeration for up to 7 months! This means, it’s perfect:
- to keep in your pantry
- to keep in your “snack stash box” at work
- for your kids’ dessert baon
- to take on picnics and long drives
- or just to simply snack on (while getting your calcium, too!)
Healthy & Nutritious
- 1 cup of Creamy Delight is equivalent to ¾ glass of milk
- Good source of calcium to make bones and teeth stronger
- Low in fat and sodium, good for the heart and weight management
- Contains Vitamins A & E which have been proven to be beneficial for eyes and skin
- For those who are lactose intolerant, it is easier to digest than milk
But that’s not all, you can also use their yogurts for some delicious recipes! Love Mediterranean food? Did you know that a lot of your favorite Mediterranean dishes call for marinating meat in yogurt? Also, did you know you can replace some of the mayo in your recipe with yogurt for a healthier, but still yummylicious alternative?
Pascual Creamy Delight Yogurt is a product from two industry leaders: Grupo Leche Pascual, Spanish dairy giant and one of the most respected companies in Europe, and Asia Brewery, one of Philippines’ leading beverage manufacturers. You can trust that Creamy Delight is quality product! It is made from 100% fresh liquid milk from Spain!
They have several flavors – Mango, Strawberry, Fruit Salad. They also have the Thick & Creamy variant. I go for the Strawberry flavor, and I also like the Greek Style Yogurt to use in recipes. The Mango flavor is a bit different than what we are used to with Philippine mangoes, they taste a bit like ripe Indian mangoes.
