Last Saturday was part of the 3-Day Sale in SM Megamall. I didn’t intentionally go to Megamall for the 3-Day Sale, we just finished looking at something in the area so we decided to go to Megamall afterwards for lunch.
Well, after walking around for a bit, I saw that Forever 21 was having a big sale, with Buy 1 Take 1 signs and a lot of people hauling clothes. So, of course I went over to check what’s up.
Turns out that their Buy 1 Take 1 promo lets you pick any 2 items that have the orange tag, and then you’ll just have to pay for the higher priced item!
After 3 hours of going through the sale racks and going to the fitting room, I finally chose 4 items to buy!
Poor J was getting so bored, and I couldn’t shop worrying about how bored he was being, so I sent him away to Cyberzone while I shopped.
I got a summer romper for P915, a nice top for P805, and 2 shirts, one for P505, and one for P445. And all I paid was P1,420! Just P1,420 (P915 + P505) for 4 pieces of clothing!
I love coming across these sales! I do seem to have more luck shopping when I happen to serendipitously stumble upon sales, not really intending to buy anything, but finding good deals and nice clothes that fit!
While walking around, I also saw these things on sale at Watsons:
The items on promo include Dove products, Nivea products, and L’Oreal Hair Color products, which I’m in to right now.
When I went to buy groceries at the supermarket, I also saw these Korean lettuce on Buy 1 Take 1, too!
I also bought some stuff from the Homeworld section, like those towels that you hang on the refrigerator. They were 10% OFF. I was getting tired of the ones we currently have.
I also saw some cute Christmas mugs and colored water glasses at 50% OFF! Some appliances were also on promo, but I’m looking for a food processor and it wasn’t on sale… so maybe next time. While I do have a food processor and it still works, it’s really old, and it doesn’t have the attachments for shredding, whipping, slicing, so I’m looking for a good deal on a nice food processor that will help make kitchen life easier!
While the 3-Day Sale is over, now I’ve proven again that 3-Day Sales are still worth going to. You can still find some good deals.
I share the latest sale alerts I find on my Facebook page! Please LIKE to stay updated on the best deals I find!
