Kiwi and Passionfruit Lemonade

Here are some summer promos at Novotel Manila Araneta Center that you can enjoy until the end of the month!

Grills N Skewers at Food Exchange Manila

From March 17 to April 30, Food Exchange Manila features Grills N Skewers to add to its sumptuous international buffet lunch or dinner. Treat your family to unlimited sizzlers – chicken satay, lamb kebab skewers, fresh seafood and many more.

Delightful international dishes complement these offerings from its interactive stations like Pizza and Pasta station – equipped with traditional brick oven for authentic Italian thin crust pizza goodness; Chinese station – offering piping hot noodle soups, dimsum and stir fried favorites by Chinese Chef Allan Meng; Indian station – from flavorful chutneys to curries, savor the rich Indian dishes by Indian Chef Rajan Veeranan; Dessert station – serving traditional Puto Bumbong and Bibingka prepared ala-minute, plus homemade Gelatos in warm waffle cone and cakes.

I have a full review of Novotel’s buffet here, with tips on how to get the most out of it. It’s a nice buffet, the spread is not too overwhelming, but you can get quality food, especially if you request for dishes at the food stations cooked a la minute. They have so many good offerings that most people just tend to ignore because they are not aware that it’s part of the buffet!

Food Exchange Manila buffet rates are:

  • Php1,488 nett Monday to Friday lunch
  • Php1,588 nett for buffet dinner from Monday to Thursday
  • Php1,888 nett for weekend brunch and buffet dinner from Friday to Sunday.

Tip: They sometimes have promos at Metrodeal where you can get the buffet at big discounts!

Summer Barbecue at The 6th Pool Bar & Lounge

From March 17 to April 30, delight in sharing barbecue platters at The 6th Pool Bar & Lounge. Perfect for groups of friends or families, these sharing platters include selected meat skewers and seafood straight from the grill, complemented by a healthy and refreshing salad, rice and a tropical fruit platter. Barbecue sharing platters start from Php 2,000 nett.

I actually got to enjoy this with some friends. It’s summer and so, so hot! This promo is perfect for a lunch or brunch, or a early dinner. Duck in for some place to stay while waiting for the traffic to subside, or treat the kids after a long day of activities.

Dessert! Novotel Manila Araneta Center’s own home-made ice cream:

The 6th Pool Bar & Lounge is air-conditioned, but with a nice view of the pool. Best of both worlds, in my opinion. You get the poolside ambience, but none of the heat!

As is the practice with most hotels, parking at Novotel is complimentary for the first 3 hours, just make sure to have your parking ticket validated. Before heading back to the parking lot, stop by the valet station to pay for your parking (if you exceed the 3 hours) and get your “exit” parking ticket. You need it because the parking system is automated and you won’t be able to leave the parking area without the “exit” parking card.

Novotel Manila Araneta Center is strategically situated inside Araneta Center and just few steps away from shopping malls, entertainment centers, Araneta Coliseum and business offices.
